not had a gud week =[

1st on the way to drop my girlfriend off a dumbass pigeon decided he would fly out from hedge and hit my mirror and now i have a crack in the body of it =[

2nd i was driving home the other night and the windscreen started steaming up so wacked the quick clear button and to my amazement it cleared in seconds!!! shame only half bloody worked =[

trip to ford at weekend to sort the problem and see how much a new mirror will cost =[ at least my car is in warranty til september phew!!!

ye get the window changed on warranty, makes it cheaper (free). mine cracked so went through insurance for £60 but if i had to pay full price myself, i wouldnt be going for a heated one

well im guna tel them where they can stick there forecourt when i plow my van into it.... im sure they wil realise haha

Shame the warranty doesn't cover pigeons!

The case is about £55 for heated or heated/power fold is about £144
The coloured cap is about £60 sprayed up.

I got one from a scrap yard for £45 and £60 for the cap when some idiot knocked mine off.

if they refuse to fix the window, stick a hammer through it and go through insurance. doesnt effect your no-claims. check your covered first though

cheers for the ruff prices i shal ask them at da weekend =] but just checked and it hasnt got a genuine ford windscreen will this matter??? as i presume its been replaced before

not on warranty then, unless it was changed by ford and you have the receipt.

iv only just got the car..... so i aint got a receipt for it as i didnt notice it had a changed windscreen

check in the log book folder, mine came with loads

had a look and nothing, so gota pay 80 quid excess for a new windscreen...........

better than full price. you could atleast try the warranty first

ye im guna blag it coz its not my fault they got a difo windscreen is it.. y would i look on every part for a ford sticker.... thats just freekin stupid
